RETURN POLICY
CardioTabs guarantees customer satisfaction on all products. If a customer is unhappy with a product purchased directly from CardioTabs for any reason, it may be returned for credit or refund within 30-days of purchase as further described below. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds and Merchandise Credits: Customers may return sealed and unopened products for full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. If the original purchase was by credit card from CardioTabs, that card will be credited for the approved amount of the refund. If the original purchase was paid for by check, a refund check will be sent within 2-3 weeks of receipt of the unused portion of the product.
Customers may also return opened products for merchandise credit only within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Returns Shipping: Customers are responsible for proper packaging and shipping of returned products. Returns should be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS to:

A copy of the original packing slip should accompany the return to ensure prompt refund or credit processing.
Store Returns: Customers who purchased the product at a retail store must return or exchange product at the retail store where it was originally purchased. CardioTabs cannot issue refunds or merchandise credits to customers who have purchased the product at a retail store.
